Abstract:
(EN) A fault detection method for a multi-phase motor system applies a first duty cycle to first phase coil windings and applies a second duty cycle to second phase coil windings. The second duty cycle differs from the first duty cycle by a first difference value D1. A first current I1 is measured. A third duty cycle is applied to third phase coil windings and a fourth duty cycle is applied to the second phase coil windings. The fourth duty cycle differs from the third duty cycle by a second difference value D2. A second current I2 is measured. Line-to-line resistances R1, R2 are calculated using the difference values D1, D2, the measured currents 11, I2, and a measured DC voltage VDC. After determining a resistance difference ΔR between the line-to- line resistances R1, R2, a comparison to a first non-zero threshold T1 indicates a fault.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de défaut pour un système de moteur multiphasé qui applique un premier cycle de service à des enroulements de bobine de première phase et applique un deuxième cycle de service à des enroulements de bobine de deuxième phase. Le deuxième cycle de service diffère du premier cycle de service par une valeur de différence D1. Un premier courant I1 est mesuré. Un troisième cycle de service est appliqué à des enroulements de bobine de troisième phase et un quatrième cycle de service est appliqué aux enroulements de bobine de deuxième phase. Le quatrième cycle de service diffère du troisième cycle de service par une deuxième valeur de différence D2. Un deuxième courant I2 est mesuré. Des résistances de ligne à ligne R1, R2 sont calculées au moyen des valeurs de différence D1, D2, des courants mesurés I1, I2, et d’une tension CC mesurée VDC. Après détermination d’une différence de résistance ΔR entre les résistances de ligne à ligne R1, R2, une comparaison à un premier seuil non nul T1 indique un défaut.
