|1. (WO2017151927) CLOSED-LOOP DONATION ARBITRATION SYSTEM|
|Inventors:||BRASWELL III, Allen Stern
|Title:||CLOSED-LOOP DONATION ARBITRATION SYSTEM|
Embodiments include systems and methods for arbitration of donor transactions in a closed-loop arbitration system among different categories of entities: the non-profit entities (NPEs), volunteers, and for-profit entities (FPEs). The arbitration uses a customized currency that is valid within the closed-loop platform, referred to as a closed-loop currency unit (CLCU). For example, NPEs can create engagement opportunities in the system, and volunteers can selectively engage with those opportunities in exchange for a defined CLCU value. The volunteers can donate their obtained CLCUs to NPEs and/or can redeem their obtained CLCUs for incentives created by FPEs in the system. FPEs can also create request-for-donation (RFD) records (e.g., as guaranteed donation offers) in the system, and NPEs can exchange their CLCUs (e.g., donated to them by volunteers) to receive cash-equivalent donations from the FPEs according to the RFD records.
