Abstract:
(EN) A curable adhesive composition includes a curable epoxy resin, an amine curing agent, a toughening agent, and aluminum flakes. The aluminum flakes include a fatty acid milling aid on at least a portion of their surfaces. The aluminum flakes were heated after milling. The method includes obtaining aluminum flakes having a fatty acid milling aid on at least a portion of their surfaces, wherein the aluminum flakes have previously been milled, heating the aluminum flakes, and subsequently combining the aluminum flakes with components that include either an amine curing agent or a curable epoxy resin. In some embodiments, the components further include a toughening agent.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition adhésive durcissable qui comprend une résine époxyde durcissable, un agent de durcissement amine, un agent de trempe et des paillettes d'aluminium. Les paillettes d'aluminium comprennent un adjuvant de broyage à base d'acide gras sur au moins une partie de leurs surfaces. Les paillettes d'aluminium sont chauffées après broyage.
