Abstract:
(EN) A method includes receiving a sample. The method also includes applying a denaturing agent to a first portion of the sample, and detecting, in response to the application of the denaturing agent, a first measure from the first portion of the sample. The method also includes modifying the temperature of a second portion of the sample and detecting, in response to the modifying the temperature of the second portion of the sample, a second measure from the second portion of the sample. The method also includes computing thermodynamic information for the sample based on the indication of the first measure, and computing kinetic information for the sample based on the indication of the second measure. The method also includes computing, based on the thermodynamic information and the kinetic information, an indication of temporal stability of the protein component of the sample.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé qui consiste à recevoir un échantillon. Le procédé consiste également à appliquer un agent de dénaturation à une première partie de l'échantillon, et à détecter, en réponse à l'application de l'agent de dénaturation, une première mesure à partir de la première partie de l'échantillon. Le procédé consiste également à modifier la température d'une seconde partie de l'échantillon et détecter, en réponse à la modification de la température de la seconde partie de l'échantillon, une seconde mesure à partir de la seconde partie de l'échantillon. Le procédé consiste également à calculer des informations thermodynamiques pour l'échantillon sur la base de l'indication de la première mesure, et à calculer des informations cinétiques pour l'échantillon sur la base de l'indication de la seconde mesure. Le procédé consiste également à calculer, sur la base des informations thermodynamiques et des informations cinétiques, une indication de stabilité temporelle de la composante de protéine de l'échantillon.
