Abstract:
(EN) A scrubber system for cleaning exhaust gas from different engines. The scrubber system includes a scrubber, such as a wet scrubber, for removing a constituent from the gas and a housing having an inlet for receiving the gases into the scrubber and an outlet for discharging cleaned gas. An exhaust mixer has plural inlets for receiving exhaust gas from the different engines and an outlet for discharging the gases into the scrubber through the inlet. The exhaust mixer mixes the exhaust gases into a combined flow stream exiting the exhaust mixer outlet. The scrubber system can clean exhaust gases from different engines by connecting exhaust pipes from each engine to a respective inlet, mixing the exhaust gases in the mixer, and directing the mixed gases into the scrubber, which cleans and discharges the cleaned, mixed gases. The scrubber system can be provided to a marine vessel.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'épurateur destiné à nettoyer des gaz d'échappement provenant de différents moteurs. Le système d'épurateur comprend un épurateur, tel qu'un épurateur par voie humide, destiné à éliminer un constituant du gaz, et un boîtier comportant une entrée destinée à recevoir les gaz dans l'épurateur et une sortie destinée à évacuer le gaz nettoyé. Un mélangeur d'échappement comporte plusieurs entrées destinées à recevoir les gaz d'échappement provenant des différents moteurs, et une sortie destinée à évacuer les gaz dans l'épurateur à travers l'entrée. Le mélangeur d'échappement mélange les gaz d'échappement en un écoulement combiné sortant de la sortie de mélangeur d'échappement. Le système d'épurateur peut nettoyer les gaz d'échappement provenant de différents moteurs en reliant des tuyaux d'échappement de chaque moteur à une entrée respective, en mélangeant les gaz d'échappement dans le mélangeur, et en dirigeant les gaz mélangés dans l'épurateur, ce qui nettoie et évacue les gaz mélangés nettoyés. Le système d'épurateur peut être utilisé dans un navire.
