Abstract:
(EN) A flare recovery method includes receiving a flare gas inlet stream that has C1-C8 hydrocarbons. The flare gas inlet stream is separated in a recovery column to produce a C1-C2 hydrocarbon stream and a C3-C8 hydrocarbon stream. The C3-C8 hydrocarbon stream is separated in a separation column to produce a C3 hydrocarbon stream and a C4-C8 hydrocarbon stream. The C4-C8 hydrocarbon stream is transported to a location for blending with crude oil. The C3 hydrocarbon stream is optionally recovered as a saleable product or is combined with the C1-C2 hydrocarbon stream to produce a flare gas stream.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de récupération de gaz de torche comprenant la réception d’un écoulement d’entrée de gaz de torche qui présente des hydrocarbures en C1 à C8. L’écoulement d’entrée de gaz de torche est séparé dans une colonne de récupération pour produire un écoulement d’hydrocarbure en C1 à C2 et un écoulement d’hydrocarbure en C3 à C8. L’écoulement d’hydrocarbure en C3 à C8 est séparé dans une colonne de séparation pour produire un écoulement d’hydrocarbure en C3 et un écoulement d’hydrocarbure en C4 à C8. L’écoulement d’hydrocarbure en C4 à C8 est transporté vers un lieu de mélange avec du pétrole brut. L’écoulement d’hydrocarbure en C3 est éventuellement récupéré comme produit commercialisable ou est combiné à l’écoulement d’hydrocarbure en C1 à C2 pour produire un écoulement de gaz de torche.
