Abstract
(EN) A method for buffering data in an adaptive streaming service according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: measuring throughput and an available bandwidth processed in one session, with respect to traffic generated by a streaming application; determining the number of multiple sessions on the basis of the throughput and available bandwidth processed in the one session; determining the size of a buffer, which is to pre-store data, on the basis of the cache hit radio of the streaming application; and generating at least one request message which requests data on the basis of the number of the multiple sessions and the size of the buffer, and transmitting the request message to a server.
(FR) Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé de mise en tampon de données dans un service de diffusion en flux continu adaptatif dont les étapes consistent : à mesurer le débit et une bande passante disponible traités pendant une session, par rapport au trafic généré par une application de diffusion en flux continu ; à déterminer le nombre de sessions multiples sur la base du débit et de la bande passante disponible traités pendant une session ; à déterminer la taille d’un tampon, qui doit préenregistrer des données, sur la base du ratio de succès de cache de l’application de diffusion en flux continu ; et à générer au moins un message de requête qui demande des données sur la base du nombre des sessions multiples et de la taille du tampon, et à transmettre le message de requête à un serveur.
(KO) 본 개시의 실시예에 따른 적응적 스트리밍 서비스에서 데이터 버퍼링을 수행하는 방법은, 스트리밍 어플리케이션에서 발생되는 트래픽에 대하여, 하나의 세션에서 처리되는 처리량 및 가용 대역폭을 측정하는 과정과, 상기 하나의 세션에서 처리되는 처리량 및 가용 대역폭을 기반으로 멀티-세션의 수를 결정하는 과정과, 상기 스트리밍 어플리케이션의 캐쉬 히트 비율 (cache hit radio)를 기반으로 데이터를 미리 저장할 버퍼 사이즈를 결정하는 과정과, 상기 멀티-세션의 수 및 상기 버퍼 사이즈를 기반으로 데이터를 요청하는 적어도 하나의 요청 메시지를 생성하여 서버로 송신하는 과정을 포함한다.
