Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a method and a device for analyzing a blood vessel, which can extract a blood vessel intima and a stent from an angiographic image and analyze the degree of misattachement of the stent and the thickness of neointima. The disclosed method for analyzing a blood vessel comprises the steps of: determining a stent candidate group comprising a local maximum brightness value in an angiographic image of a target blood vessel; extracting first characteristic information on the stent candidate group by using the angiographic image; and detecting a target stent from the stent candidate group by using second characteristic information on a reference stent generated from the angiographic image.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'analyse d'un vaisseau sanguin, qui permettent d'extraire une intima de vaisseau sanguin et un stent à partir d'une image angiographique et d'analyser le degré de mauvaise fixation du stent et l'épaisseur de la néointima. Le procédé permettant d'analyser un vaisseau sanguin selon l'invention comprend les étapes consistant à : déterminer un groupe de stents candidats comprenant une valeur de luminosité maximale locale dans une image angiographique d'un vaisseau sanguin cible; extraire des premières informations caractéristiques sur le groupe de stents candidats à l'aide de l'image angiographique; et détecter un stent cible à partir du groupe de stents candidats à l'aide des secondes informations caractéristiques sur un stent de référence générées à partir de l'image angiographique.
(KO) 혈관 촬영 영상에서, 혈관 내벽 및 스텐트를 추출하고, 스텐트의 오부착 정도 및 신생 내막의 두께를 분석할 수 있는 혈관 분석 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 개시된 혈관 분석 방법은 타겟 혈관에 대한 혈관 단층 촬영 영상에서, 지역 최대 밝기 값을 포함하는 스텐트 후보군을 결정하는 단계; 상기 타겟 혈관에 대한 혈관 단층 촬영 영상을 이용하여, 상기 스텐트 후보군에 대한 제1특성 정보를 추출하는 단계; 및 상기 제1특성 정보와, 혈관 단층 촬영 영상으로부터 생성된 레퍼런스 스텐트에 대한 제2특성 정보를 이용하여, 상기 스텐트 후보군에서 타겟 스텐트를 검출하는 단계를 포함한다.
