Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a recliner for a vehicle seat, which is applied to a vehicle seat so as to adjust the angle of rotation of a seatback with regard to a seat cushion, the recliner being characterized in that an embossed guide of a holder has a first guide surface and a first stepped guide surface formed thereon so as to guide one side surface of a lock gear and has a second guide surface and a second stepped guide surface formed thereon so as to guide the other side surface thereof with regard to an adjacent lock gear; the lock gear has a main support surface portion that protrudes inward while being continuous with the one side surface, an auxiliary support surface portion that protrudes inward while being continuous with the other side surface so as to be opposite the main support surface portion, and a slide protrusion that contacts and is supported by the first and second stepped guide surfaces; and a cam has a main pressurizing surface portion that contacts the main support surface portion and pressurizes the same outward so as to correspond to the lock gear in a locking position and has an auxiliary pressurizing surface portion that contacts the auxiliary support surface portion and pressurizes the same outward. Accordingly, the locking state of the lock gear can be guaranteed more reliability in view of allowable errors related to manufacturing and assembly and in view of wear in the process of using the same.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'inclinaison pour un siège de véhicule, qui est appliqué à un siège de véhicule de façon à ajuster l'angle de rotation d'un dossier de siège par rapport à un coussin de siège, le dispositif d'inclinaison étant caractérisé en ce qu'un guide en relief d'un support comporte une première surface de guidage et une première surface de guidage étagée formées sur celui-ci afin de guider une surface latérale d'un pignon de verrouillage et comporte une seconde surface de guidage et une seconde surface de guidage étagée formées sur celui-ci afin de guider l'autre surface latérale de celui-ci par rapport à un pignon de verrouillage adjacent ; le pignon de verrouillage comporte une partie surface de support principale qui fait saillie vers l'intérieur dans le prolongement de ladite surface latérale, une partie surface de support auxiliaire qui fait saillie vers l'intérieur dans le prolongement de l'autre surface latérale de façon faire face à la partie surface de support principale, et une protubérance de coulissement qui est en contact avec les première et seconde surfaces de guidage étagées et est supportée par celles-ci ; et une came comporte une partie surface de pression principale qui est en contact avec la partie surface de support principale et exerce une pression sur celle-ci vers l'extérieur correspondant à la disposition du pignon de verrouillage dans la position de verrouillage et comporte une partie surface de pression auxiliaire qui est en contact avec la partie surface de support auxiliaire et exerce une pression sur celle-ci vers l'extérieur. Ainsi, l'état de verrouillage du pignon de verrouillage peut être garanti de manière plus fiable compte tenu des erreurs admissibles liées à la fabrication et à l'assemblage et compte tenu de l'usure résultant de son utilisation.
(KO) 본 발명은 차량의 시트에 적용되어 시트쿠션에 대한 시트백의 회전각도를 조절하는데 이용되는 차량시트용 리클라이너에 관한 것으로서, 홀더의 가이드 엠보는 록기어의 일측면을 가이드하는 제1 가이드면 및 제1 단차 가이드면과 이웃하는 록기어에 대해 타측면을 가이드하는 제2 가이드면 및 제2 단차 가이드면이 형성되고, 록기어는 상기 일측면에 연하여 내측으로 돌출되는 주지지면부와 이와 대향되게 상기 타측면에 연하여 내측으로 돌출되는 부지지면부 그리고 상기 제1, 제2 단차 가이드면에 접촉 지지되는 슬라이드 돌기를 가지고, 캠은 로킹위치의 록기어에 대응하여 상기 주지지면부에 접촉하여 외측으로 가압하는 주가압면부와 상기 부지지면부에 접촉하여 외측으로 가압하는 부가압면부가 외주면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 제조 및 조립상의 허용오차 및 사용과정에서의 마모를 고려하여 록기어의 로킹상태를 더욱 확실하게 보장해줄 수 있다.
