Title: FERRITE-BASED CATALYST COMPOSITE, METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME, AND METHOD FOR PREPARING BUTADIENE
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a ferrite-based catalyst composite, a method for preparing the same, and a method for preparing butadiene. According to the present invention, there are effects of providing: a ferrite-based catalyst composite having a shape capable of preventing a side reaction and the damage to a catalyst by effectively dispersing excessive heat (exothermic) generated in the butadiene preparation process and offsetting the direct exposure of a catalyst to heating; a method for preparing the ferrite-based catalyst composite; and a method for preparing butadiene, wherein the ferrite-based catalyst composite is used to provide a broad temperature profile at a catalyst active site upon the oxidative dehydrogenation reaction, thereby lowering the temperature of a hot spot and reducing the generation of COx, leading to an improvement in process efficiency.
