Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a device for injecting a molten material, casting equipment using the same, and a casting method, which comprises the steps of: preparing a main mold flux; injecting molten steel into a mold; preparing a molten mold flux by melting the main mold flux, and injecting the molten mold flux into an upper part of the molten steel; casting a slab; and determining whether to inject an additive according to a cast state in the step of casting the slab, and the present invention improves the quality and productivity of the slab.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif pour l'injection d'une matière en fusion, à un appareillage de coulée utilisant ce dernier et à un procédé de coulée, qui comprend les étapes consistant : à préparer un fondant de moule principal; à injecter de l'acier en fusion dans un moule; à préparer un fondant de moule en fusion par fusion du fondant de moule principal et à injecter le fondant de moule en fusion dans une partie supérieure de l'acier en fusion; à couler une brame; et à déterminer s'il faut injecter un additif selon un état de pièce coulée dans l'étape de coulée de la brame. La présente invention permet d'améliorer la qualité et le rendement de production de la brame.
(KO) 본 발명은 용융물 주입 장치, 이를 이용한 주조설비 및 주조방법에 관한 것으로, 메인 몰드 플럭스를 마련하는 과정; 몰드에 용강을 주입하는 과정; 상기 메인 몰드 플럭스를 용융시켜 용융 몰드 플럭스를 제조하고, 상기 용강 상부에 상기 용융 몰드 플럭스를 주입하는 과정; 주편을 주조하는 과정; 및 상기 주편을 주조하는 과정에서 주조 상태에 따라 첨가제의 투입 여부를 결정하는 과정;을 포함하고, 주편의 품질 및 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
