Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention can comprise: a real estate sale information management unit for collecting and managing article information including real estate offerings for sale, lease, and monthly rent, a non-performing loan (NPL) article, an article for auction, and an article for public sale, receiving, from a user, in real time, information indicating whether a successful bid has been made in court and a contract price, and enabling the information to be confirmed in real time; a real estate state information management unit for managing real estate state information including the location, size, type, completion time, register entries, and title examination of real estate; a real estate market price/loan information management unit, which shares loan-related information of a user or a company so as to receive loan conditions and solicitor commission information, receives the provided loan information and grades of a solicitor and a financial institution, and updates, at preset time intervals, an average price, a medium price, a maximum price, and a minimum price of the market price including those of buying and selling, leasing, monthly renting, and the like, and the number of offerings, and a trading volume, thereby managing market price information, which can include at least one of a first change rate by section, a second change rate created by differentiating the first change rate, a short-term trend, and a long-term trend; an investment estimation unit for setting a credit limit by using a standard loan rate and a credit limit rate with respect to the real estate, and estimating an investment by reflecting the credit limit and incidental expenses in the market price; a return rate estimation unit for estimating a return rate in accordance with a lapse in time on the basis of the market price information on the real estate; a news content management unit for providing a means by which real estate-related news can be written, provided, and graded among users; and a book/lecture information management unit capable of recommending books to users, providing lecture information to the users, and receiving uploaded grades and reviews of the users.
