Title: INACTIVATED TRIVALENT SALMONELLA VACCINE COMPOSITION REDUCED IN ENDOTOXIN LEVEL FOR PREVENTION OF FOWL TYPHOID AND SALMONELLOSIS
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vaccine composition for prevention of salmonella infection, and a mixture adjuvant (hereinafter "BeesonBiologics adjuvant, BBL-A1") comprising a trivalent antigen mixture including an msbB gene-deleted Salmonella Galinarum, an msbB gene-deleted Salmonella Enteritidis, and an msbB gene-deleted Salmonella Typhimurium provides an inactivated trivalent vaccine composition (hereinafter "Trivac") for prevention of salmonella infection. Due to the redeeming side effects of conventional oily vaccine compositions in addition to simultaneously preventing the infection of the three serovars, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is effectively available for the prevention of salmonella infection.
