Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a polyamide composition giving molded articles that have satisfactory impact resistance. The polyamide resin composition comprises (A) one or more polyamide resins and (B) carbon fibers, wherein the polyamide resins as component (A) are selected from among polyamide 6, polyamide 612, polyamide 11, and polyamide 12 each having a relative viscosity of 1.4-2.9, the proportions of component (A) and component (B) are 60-95 mass% and 5-40 mass%, respectively, with respect to the total amount of components (A) and (B), and 25 mass% or more of component (A) is accounted for by a polyamide resin having a terminal amino concentration of 40 mmol/kg or higher. The polyamide resin composition comprises carbon fiber bundles having a polyamide resin adherent thereto, which were obtained by tenaciously adhering the one or more polyamide resins as component (A) to a bundle of the carbon fibers as component (B) arranged in parallel along the length direction and cutting the bundle to a length of 5-25 mm.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de polyamide, permettant d'obtenir des articles moulés qui présentent une résistance au choc satisfaisante. La composition de résine de polyamide comprend (A) une ou plusieurs résines de polyamide et (B) des fibres de carbone, les résines de polyamide en tant que constituant (A) étant choisies parmi le polyamide 6, le polyamide 612, le polyamide 11 et le polyamide 12, présentant chacun une viscosité relative de 1,4 à 2,9, les proportions de constituant (A) et de constituant (B) étant respectivement de 60-95 % en masse et de 5-40 % en masse, par rapport à la quantité totale des constituants (A), et (B) et 25 % en masse ou plus du constituant (A) étant constitué par une résine de polyamide présentant une concentration en groupes amino terminaux de 40 mmoles/kg ou plus. La composition de résine de polyamide comprend des faisceaux de fibres de carbone, sur lesquels une résine de polyamide adhère, qui ont été obtenus par forte adhérence de ladite une ou desdites plusieurs résines de polyamide comme constituant (A) à un faisceau de fibres de carbone en tant que constituant (B), disposées en parallèle le long de la direction longitudinale et par découpe du faisceau à une longueur de 5-25 mm.
