Abstract:
(EN) A method for collecting minor metals from minor metal-containing glass, characterized in that the method comprises heating the minor metal-containing glass to a temperature of 900-1100°C and thereby melting the minor metal-containing glass, in a closed system, in the presence of 30-500 parts by mass of a glass fluxing agent per 100 parts by mass of silicon dioxide contained in the minor metal-containing glass and 30-200 parts by mass of a heavy-metal oxide per 100 parts by mass of silicon dioxide contained in the minor metal-containing glass, cooling the resultant melt of the minor metal-containing glass to a temperature of 600-800°C while putting carbon monoxide gas into contact with the melt, and keeping the melt at said temperature so that minor metal-containing deposits settle out, and collecting the minor metal-containing deposits.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de collecte de métaux secondaires à partir de verre contenant du métal secondaire. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le procédé consiste à chauffer le verre contenant du métal secondaire à une température de 900-1 100 °C et faire ainsi fondre le verre contenant du métal secondaire, dans un système fermé, en présence de 30 à 500 parties en poids d'un agent fluidifiant le verre pour 100 parties en poids de dioxyde de silicium contenu dans le verre contenant du métal secondaire et 30 à 200 parties en poids d'un oxyde de métal lourd pour 100 parties en poids de dioxyde de silicium contenu dans le verre contenant du métal secondaire, à refroidir la matière fondue obtenue de verre contenant du métal secondaire à une température comprise entre 600 et 800 °C tout en mettant du monoxyde de carbone gazeux en contact avec la matière fondue, et à maintenir la matière fondue à ladite température de telle manière que les dépôts contenant du métal secondaire se sédimentent, et à collecter les dépôts contenant du métal secondaire.
(JA) 閉鎖系内でレアメタル含有ガラスに含まれている二酸化ケイ素100質量部あたりの量が30~500質量部であるガラス溶融剤およびレアメタル含有ガラスに含まれている二酸化ケイ素100質量部あたりの量が30~200質量部である重金属酸化物の存在下でレアメタル含有ガラスを900~1100℃の温度に加熱することによって溶融させ、得られたレアメタル含有ガラスの溶融物に一酸化炭素ガスを接触させながら当該溶融物を600~800℃の温度に冷却し、当該温度を維持することによってレアメタル含有析出物を析出させ、当該レアメタル含有析出物を回収することを特徴とするレアメタル含有ガラスからのレアメタルの回収方法。
