Abstract:
(EN) This steel wire material is used in plastic working and is provided with a steel wire material body and a coating for covering the surface of the steel wire material body, the coating is formed from a composition not including phosphorus, and has a surface part positioned on the surface side of the steel wire material body and an inside part positioned further inside the steel wire material body than the surface part, and the ratio Hs/Hi is 1.05 to 1.3, where Hs is the Vickers hardness of the surface part, and Hi is the Vickers hardness of the inside part.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau de fil d'acier qui est utilisé en travail plastique et qui est pourvu d'un corps en matériau de fil d'acier et d'un revêtement pour le recouvrement de la surface du corps en matériau de fil d'acier, le revêtement étant formé à partir d'une composition ne contenant pas de phosphore, et qui a une partie de surface située sur le côté de la surface du corps en matériau de fil d'acier et une partie intérieure située davantage à l'intérieur du corps en matériau de fil d'acier que la partie de surface et le rapport Hs/Hi étant de 1,05 à 1,3, Hs étant la dureté Vickers de la partie de surface et Hi étant la dureté Vickers de la partie intérieure.
(JA) 本発明の鋼線材は、塑性加工に用いられるものであって、鋼線材本体と、前記鋼線材本体の表面を被覆する皮膜とを備え、前記皮膜は、リンを含まない組成物によって形成されたものであり、前記鋼線材本体の表面側に位置する表面部と、前記表面部よりも前記鋼線材本体の内側に位置する内側部とを有し、前記表面部のビッカース硬度をHsとし、前記内側部のビッカース硬度をHiとすると、Hs/Hiが1.05以上1.3以下である。
