Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a rubber based on a hydrogenated conjugated diene, the rubber being capable of giving a crosslinked rubber that has high strength and is excellent in terms of fuel-saving performance and being capable of giving a rubber composition that has excellent processability. The rubber based on a hydrogenated conjugated diene has a degree of hydrogenation of the butadiene units of 90% or higher. When analyzed by gel permeation chromatography, the rubber based on a hydrogenated conjugated diene gives a molecular weight distribution in which when the peak area corresponding to the molecular-weight range of 1,000-250,000 is expressed by AL and the peak area corresponding to the molecular-weight range of 250,000 and greater is expressed by AH, then the proportion of AL to the sum of AL and AH is 0.5-20%.
(FR) La présente invention décrit un caoutchouc à base de diène conjugué hydrogéné, le caoutchouc étant apte à fournir un caoutchouc réticulé qui présente une résistance élevée et qui est excellent en termes de performances d’économie de combustible et qui est apte à donner une composition de caoutchouc qui présente une excellente aptitude au traitement. Le caoutchouc à base de diène conjugué hydrogéné présente un degré d’hydrogénation des motifs butadiène de 90 % ou plus. Lorsqu’il est analysé par chromatographie par perméation sur gel, le caoutchouc à base de diène conjugué hydrogéné donne une distribution de poids moléculaires dans laquelle lorsque la zone des pics correspondant à la plage des poids moléculaires de 1 000 à 250 000 est exprimée par AL et que la zone des pics correspondant à la plage des poids moléculaires de 250 000 et supérieure est exprimée par AH, alors la proportion d’AL à la somme de AL et AH est de 0,5 à 20 %.
(JA) 高強度であって、かつ低燃費性能に優れた架橋ゴムを得ることができ、加工性に優れたゴム組成物を得ることができる水添共役ジエン系ゴムを提供する。ブタジエン単位の水添率が90%以上である水添共役ジエン系ゴムであって、上記水添共役ジエン系ゴムのゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー法により求められる分子量分布において、分子量1,000~250,000のピーク面積をAL、分子量250,000以上のピーク面積をAHとしたときに、ALとAHとの合計面積に対するALの割合が0.5%以上20%以下である水添共役ジエン系ゴム。
