Abstract:
(EN) This heat-processing device 1 comprises a heating unit 2 whereby a workpiece W is inductively heated to a target temperature, and a drive mechanism causing a plurality of workpieces W held coaxially to be moved relatively in an axial direction with respect to the heating unit 2 in an energized state. The heating unit 2 comprises a plurality of coil members 11, each having a ring-shaped coil portion 11a capable of surrounding a workpiece W and disposed coaxially to the workpiece W, and a frame body 21 supporting each of the coil members 11 to be movable in the axial direction while maintaining the coil portions 11a coaxial to each other.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de traitement thermique (1) qui comprend une unité de chauffage (2) qui chauffe par induction une pièce (W) à une température cible, et un mécanisme d'entraînement amenant une pluralité de pièces maintenues coaxiales à se déplacer dans une direction axiale relativement à l'unité de chauffage (2) dans un état sous tension. L'unité de chauffage (2) comprend une pluralité d'éléments de bobine (11), comprenant chacun une partie bobine annulaire (11a) susceptible d'entourer une pièce (W) et disposée coaxiale avec la pièce, et un corps de châssis (21) soutenant chacun des éléments de bobine (11) de manière qu'ils soient mobiles dans la direction axiale tout en maintenant coaxiales les parties bobine (11a).
