Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, a plurality of protrusions (152) are formed by being arranged at intervals of 0.3-2.6 mm in the circumferential direction, on seal lips (151) of seal members (150). An oil passage (170), which interconnects a bearing inner space (160) and the outside and through which it is impossible for foreign matter of a prescribed particle size to pass, is generated between a seal sliding surface (112) sliding in the circumferential direction with respect to the protrusions (152), and the seal lips (151). Accompanying the rotation of a bearing, due to a wedge effect when the protrusions (152) draw lubricating oil into the oil passage (170) between themselves and the seal sliding surface (112), formation of an oil film is promoted between the seal lips (151) and the seal sliding surface (112), resulting in a fluid lubrication state.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, une pluralité de saillies (152) sont formées en étant disposées à des intervalles de 0,3 à 2,6 mm dans la direction périphérique, sur des lèvres d'étanchéité (151) d'éléments d'étanchéité (150). Un passage d'huile (170), qui interconnecte un espace interne de roulement (160) et l'extérieur, et à travers lequel il est impossible à une matière étrangère d'une taille de particules prescrite de passer, est généré entre une surface de coulissement d'étanchéité (112) coulissant dans la direction périphérique par rapport aux saillies (152), et les lèvres d'étanchéité (151). Accompagnant la rotation du roulement, en raison d'un effet de coin lorsque les saillies (152) aspirent l'huile de lubrification dans le passage d'huile (170) entre elles et la surface de coulissement d'étanchéité (112), la formation d'un film d'huile est favorisée entre les lèvres d'étanchéité (151) et la surface coulissante d'étanchéité (112), produisant en résultat un état de lubrification de fluide.
(JA) シール部材(150)のシールリップ(151)に、周方向に0.3~2.6mmの間隔で並べて多数の突起(152)を形成する。突起(152)に対して周方向に摺動するシール摺動面(112)と、シールリップ(151)との間に、軸受内部空間(160)及び外部間に亘って連通し、かつ所定粒径の異物にとって通過不可な油通路(170)が生じる。軸受回転に伴い、突起(152)が油通路(170)内の潤滑油をシール摺動面(112)との間に引き摺り込む際のくさび効果により、シールリップ(151)及びシール摺動面(112)間では油膜形成が促進されて流体潤滑状態となる。
