Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a sliding member capable of achieving high wear resistance and coating adhesion without the need for nitriding a base material even for intense sliding conditions. The sliding member according to the present invention is characterized by having a base material made of steel, and a hard coating that is formed on the base material and of which at least a surface becomes a sliding surface, wherein the distribution of the Young's modulus of the hard coating first increases in the depth direction towards the surface from an interface with the base material, reaches the maximum at a predetermined depth position, and then decreases.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément coulissant permettant d’obtenir une résistance à l’usure et une adhérence de revêtement élevées sans nécessiter la nitruration d’un matériau de base, même pour des conditions de coulissement intense. L’élément coulissant selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un matériau de base constitué d’acier, et un revêtement dur qui est formé sur le matériau de base et dont au moins une surface devient une surface de coulissement, la distribution du module d’élasticité de Young du premier revêtement dur augmentant dans la direction de la profondeur vers la surface depuis une interface avec le matériau de base, atteignant le maximum à une position de profondeur prédéterminée, et diminuant ensuite.
(JA) 本発明は、厳しい摺動条件下でも、基材に窒化処理を施すことなく、高い耐摩耗性及び被膜密着性を両立することが可能な摺動部材を提供する。本発明の摺動部材は、鉄鋼材料からなる基材と、該基材上に形成され、表面が少なくとも摺動面となる硬質被膜と、を有し、前記硬質被膜のヤング率が、前記基材との界面から表面に向かって深さ方向に、まず増加し、所定深さ位置で最大値を取った後、減少する分布であることを特徴とする。
