Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a spinal cage comprising a first member and a second member, said spinal cage being characterized in that the body of the spinal cage includes the second member, the first member coats at least a portion of the body of the spinal cage, at least the surface of the first member includes an antibacterial metal, at least the surface of the second member is nobler than the first member, an electric circuit is formed between the first member and the second member when the spinal cage is used by being implanted in vivo, ions of the antibacterial metal are eluted from the first member in the presence of an electrolyte, and the surface and/or periphery of the first member is antibacterial.
(FR) L'invention concerne une cage vertébrale comprenant un premier élément et un second élément, ladite cage vertébrale étant caractérisée en ce que le corps de la cage vertébrale comprend le second élément, le premier élément recouvre au moins une partie du corps de la cage vertébrale, au moins la surface du premier élément comprend un métal antibactérien, au moins la surface du second élément est plus noble que le premier élément, un circuit électrique est formé entre le premier élément et le second élément lorsque la cage vertébrale est utilisée en étant implantée in vivo, les ions du métal antibactérien sont élués du premier élément en présence d'un électrolyte et la surface et/ou la périphérie du premier élément est antibactérienne.
(JA) 第一の材料と第二の材料から構成される脊椎ケージであって、脊椎ケージの本体が第二の材料を含み、第一の材料を脊椎ケージの本体の少なくとも一部にコーティングしてなり、第一の材料の少なくとも表面は抗菌性金属を含み、第二の材料の少なくとも表面は第一の材料より貴であり、生体内に埋め込んで使用される際に当該第一の材料と当該第二の材料との間で電気回路が構成され、電解質存在下において当該第一の材料から抗菌性金属のイオンが溶出し、当該第一の材料表面及び/又は近傍を抗菌性とすることを特徴とする抗菌性脊椎ケージ。
