Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an epoxy resin composition that is easily B-staged despite containing epoxy resin that is inherently difficult to B-stage, has a long pot life, excellent processability and storage stability after B-staging, and makes it possible to obtain a fiber-reinforced composite material having exceptional flexural strength and flexural modulus. An epoxy resin composition containing a component (A): an aromatic epoxy resin, component (B): an alicyclic diamine, component (C): aepoxy resin curing agent that is not an alicyclic diamine, and component (D): aliphatic epoxy resin wherein, when the viscosity at 25°C immediately after preparation of the epoxy resin composition is taken to be (a) and the viscosity at 25°C three hours after preparation is taken to be (b), the epoxy resin composition satisfies (a) = 0.1-25 Pa∙s, (b) = 0.1-25 Pa∙s, and (b)/(a) ≤ 5.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de résine époxy qui est facilement amenée à l'état B malgré le fait qu'elle contient une résine époxy qui est intrinsèquement difficile à amener à l'état B, qui présente une longue durée de vie en pot, une excellente aptitude au traitement et une excellente stabilité au stockage après avoir été amenée à l'état B et qui permet d'obtenir un matériau composite renforcé par des fibres présentant une résistance à la flexion et un module de flexion exceptionnels. L'invention concerne une composition de résine époxy contenant un constituant (A) : une résine époxy aromatique, un constituant (B) : une diamine alicyclique, un constituant (C) : un agent de durcissement de résine époxy qui n'est pas une diamine alicyclique et un constituant (D) : une résine époxy aliphatique dans laquelle, lorsque la viscosité à 25°C immédiatement après la préparation de la composition de résine époxy vaut (a) et la viscosité à 25°C trois heures après la préparation vaut (b), la composition de résine époxy satisfait à (a) = 0,1-25 Pa∙s, (b) = 0,1-25 Pa∙s et (b)/ (a) ≤ 5.
(JA) 本来Bステージ化が困難なエポキシ樹脂を含有するにもかかわらずBステージ化が容易であり、ポットライフが長く、Bステージ化後には加工性および貯蔵安定性が良好であり、曲げ強度および曲げ弾性率に優れる繊維強化複合材料を得ることができるエポキシ樹脂組成物を提供する。成分(A):芳香族エポキシ樹脂と、成分(B):脂環式ジアミンと、成分(C):脂環式ジアミンではないエポキシ樹脂硬化剤と、成分(D):脂肪族エポキシ樹脂とを含有するエポキシ樹脂組成物であり、前記エポキシ樹脂組成物の調製直後の25℃における粘度を(a)、調製後25℃で3時間経過後の粘度を(b)としたとき、(a)=0.1~25Pa・s、(b)=0.1~25Pa・s、(b)/(a)≦5、である、エポキシ樹脂組成物。
