Abstract:
(EN) This refractory elastomer composition contains an elastomer, thermally expandable graphite, a salt of a phosphorus oxo acid, and an inorganic filler for reinforcement. The quotient of the total amount of inorganic filler for reinforcement and thermally expandable graphite and the amount of the salt of a phosphorus oxo acid is 0.7-10, the tensile strength at 23°C is 1.0 N/mm2 or higher, and the expansion ratio after combustion is 15× or higher.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition d'élastomère réfractaire qui contient un élastomère, du graphite thermiquement expansible, un sel d'un oxoacide de phosphore et une charge inorganique de renforcement. Le rapport de la quantité totale de charge inorganique de renforcement et de graphite thermiquement expansible à la quantité du sel d'oxoacide de phosphore est de 0,7 à 10, la résistance à la traction à 23 °C est de 1,0 N/mm2 ou plus, et le taux d'expansion après combustion est de 15 fois ou plus.
(JA) 耐火エラストマー組成物は、エラストマー、熱膨張性黒鉛、リンオキソ酸の塩、及び補強用無機充填材を含有し、補強用無機充填材及び熱膨張性黒鉛の合計量とリンオキソ酸の塩の量との商が0.7~10であり、23℃における引張強さが1.0N/mm2以上、及び燃焼後の膨張倍率が15倍以上である。
