Abstract:
(EN) An optical fiber sensor according to the present invention is provided with a first fixing member at a fixing position provided to a base member, the first fixing member fixing optical fibers to the base member in a state in which a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) part is disposed in each of the optical fiber on one side of the fixing position and the optical fiber on the other side of the fixing position. The optical fiber sensor is also provided with a second fixing member on the one side of the fixing position, the second fixing member fixing the optical fiber to the base member in a state in which a tensile force is applied to a first FBG part. The optical fiber sensor is further provided with a third fixing member on the other side of the fixing position, the third fixing member fixing the optical fiber to the base member in a state in which a tensile force different from that applied to the first FBG part is applied to a second FBG part, and the Bragg wavelength of the second FBG part is different from the Bragg wavelength of the first FBG part.
(FR) Un capteur à fibre optique selon la présente invention est pourvu d’un premier élément de fixation à une position de fixation disposée sur un élément de base, le premier élément de fixation fixant des fibres optiques à l’élément de base dans un état dans lequel une partie de réseau de Bragg sur fibre (FBG) est disposé dans chacune de la fibre optique sur un côté de la position de fixation et la fibre optique sur l’autre côté de la position de fixation. Le capteur à fibre optique est également pourvu d’un deuxième élément de fixation sur le premier côté de la position de fixation, le deuxième élément de fixation fixant la fibre optique à l’élément de base dans un état dans lequel une force de traction est appliquée à une première partie de FBG. Le capteur de fibre optique est en outre pourvu d’un troisième élément de fixation sur l’autre côté de la position de fixation, le troisième élément de fixation fixant la fibre optique à l’élément de base dans un état dans lequel une force de traction différente de celle appliquée à la première partie de FBG est appliquée à une deuxième partie de FBG et la longueur d’onde de Bragg de la deuxième partie de FBG est différente de la longueur d’onde de Bragg de la première partie de FBG.
(JA) 本発明に係る光ファイバセンサは、ベース部材に設けられた固定位置において、当該固定位置の一方側の光ファイバと他方側の光ファイバとのそれぞれにFBG部が配置される状態で光ファイバをベース部材に固定する第1の固定部材を備える。また、固定位置の一方側で、第1のFBG部に張力が付与された状態で光ファイバをベース部材に固定する第2の固定部材を備える。さらに、固定位置の他方側で、第2のFBG部に第1のFBG部における張力とは異なる張力が付与された状態、かつ第2のFBG部のブラッグ波長が第1のFBG部のブラッグ波長と異なる状態で光ファイバをベース部材に固定する第3の固定部材を備える。
