Abstract:
(EN) The provided nickel powder production method is for producing a fine nickel powder which serves as a seed crystal necessary for nickel powder production from a solution containing a nickel sulfate ammine complex; said fine nickel powder is produced in accordance with the amount necessary for said nickel powder production. This nickel powder production method is characterized in that a hydrogen gas is blown into a solution containing nickel complex ions formed by continuously supplying to a reaction tank and agitating insoluble solids, a dispersant, and a solution containing a nickel sulfate ammine complex, and, after the nickel complex ions in the solution containing the nickel complex ions are reduction-treated to form a nickel particle precipitate on the surface of the insoluble solids, the reduction-treated solution is extracted from the reaction tank.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production de poudre de nickel qui permet la production d'une fine poudre de nickel qui sert de germe cristallin nécessaire pour la production de poudre de nickel à partir d'une solution contenant un complexe amminesulfatonickel ; ladite poudre fine de nickel étant produite suivant la quantité nécessaire pour ladite production de poudre de nickel. Ce procédé de production de poudre de nickel est caractérisé en ce qu'un gaz contenant de l'hydrogène est soufflé dans une solution contenant des ions de complexe de nickel formés par l'introduction en continu dans un réacteur et l'agitation de matières solides insolubles, d'un dispersant et d'une solution contenant un complexe amminesulfatonickel et, après que les ions du complexe de nickel dans la solution contenant les ions du complexe de nickel sont traités par réduction pour former un précipité de particules de nickel sur la surface des matières solides insolubles, la solution traitée par réduction est extraite du réacteur.
(JA) 硫酸ニッケルアンミン錯体を含有する溶液からニッケル粉の製造に必要な種結晶となる微小なニッケル粉を、そのニッケル粉の製造に必要な量に応じて製造するニッケル粉の製造方法を提供する。 反応槽内に、連続して硫酸ニッケルアンミン錯体を含有する溶液と不溶性固体と分散剤を供給、攪拌して形成したニッケル錯イオンを含む溶液に、水素ガスを吹き込み、ニッケル錯イオンを含む溶液中のニッケル錯イオンを還元処理してその不溶性固体の表面にニッケル粒子の析出物を形成させた後、反応槽内から還元処理後の溶液を抜出することを特徴とするニッケル粉の製造方法である。
