Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a horizontal axis rotor in which, rather than a fluid being pushed out by blades, a high-speed flow associated with a Coandă effect resulting from the rotation of the blades flows toward the back face and a propulsive force is obtained as the counteraction, such that the horizontal axis rotor has a high rotational efficiency at a low power. A lift-type blade 1 is configured such that the front face 3D in the flow-receiving direction is a bulging face having the shape of a large arc in the chord direction and the back face 3E in the flow-releasing direction is smaller than the bulge of the front face 3D, such that a high-speed flow passing from the trailing edge 3G part in the back face 3E direction along the chord direction of the front face during rotation acts as a propulsive force.

(JA) 本発明は、ブレードで流体を押し出すのではなく、ブレードの回転により生じるコアンダ効果に伴う高速流を背面方向へ流し、反作用で推進力を得る、小動力で回転効率の高い横軸ロータを提供することを目的としている。揚力型ブレード(1)において、受流方向の正面(3D)を、弦方向で大きな弧状の膨出面とし、放流方向の背面(3E)を正面(3D)の膨出より小として、回転時に正面の弦方向に沿って後縁(3G)部から背面(3E)方向に通過する高速流を推進力となるようになっている。
