Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing semiconductor nanoparticles having superior durability, and a dispersion liquid and film using the semiconductor nanoparticles. The semiconductor nanoparticles according to the present invention each have a core containing a group-III element and a group-V element, wherein each of the nanoparticles contains carbon, oxygen, and sulfur, as detected by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis, has peak A located at 2800-3000 cm-1, peak B located at 1000-1200 cm-1, and peak C located at 2450-2650 cm-1, as detected by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic analysis, and contains a ligand having two or more mercapto groups.
(FR) L’invention a pour objet de fournir des nanoparticules semi-conductrices de durabilité excellente, et une dispersion liquide ainsi qu’un film mettant en œuvre ces nanoparticules semi-conductrices. Les nanoparticules semi-conductrices de l’invention possèdent un noyau comprenant un élément du groupe III et un élément du groupe V. Un carbone, un oxygène et un soufre sont détectés par spectroscopie de photoélectrons X. Un pic A présent entre 2800cm-1 et 3000cm-1, un pic B présent entre 1000cm-1 et 1200cm-1, et un pic C présent entre 2450cm-1 et 2650cm-1 sont détectés par spectroscopie infrarouge à transformée de Fourier. Les nanoparticules semi-conductrices possèdent un ligand contenant deux groupes mercapto ou plus.
(JA) 本発明は、耐久性に優れた半導体ナノ粒子、ならびに、半導体ナノ粒子を用いた分散液およびフィルムを提供することを課題とする。本発明の半導体ナノ粒子は、III族元素およびV族元素を含有するコアを有する半導体ナノ粒子であって、X線光電子分光分析により、炭素、酸素および硫黄が検出され、フーリエ変換赤外分光分析により、2800cm-1~3000cm-1に存在するピークAと、1000cm-1~1200cm-1に存在するピークBと、2450cm-1~2650cm-1に存在するピークCとが検出され、メルカプト基を2個以上含む配位子を有する。
