Abstract:
(EN) A communication system is disclosed in which a communication device establishes and engages in Voice over LTE (VoLTE) communication via a communication connection with a base station. The communication device obtains information indicating at least one criterion for determining whether VoLTE communication via the communication connection with the base station can be sustained. The communication device performs signal measurements for signals received from the base station and determines whether VoLTE communication via the communication connection with the base station can be sustained based on whether or not the signal measurements meet the at least one criterion.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de communication dans lequel un dispositif de communication établit et exécute une communication VoLTE (voix sur LTE) via une connexion de communication avec une station de base. Le dispositif de communication obtient des informations indiquant au moins un critère permettant de déterminer si une communication VoLTE via la connexion de communication avec la station de base peut être maintenue. Le dispositif de communication exécute des mesures du signal pour des signaux reçus de la station de base, et détermine si une communication VoLTE via la connexion de communication avec la station de base peut être maintenue, selon que les mesures du signal remplissent ou non le ou les critères.
