Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing a polymer latex comprising: an emulsification step of mixing a polymer solution resulting from dissolving synthetic polyisoprene and/or a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer in an organic solvent with an aqueous solution containing 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of a rosin ester salt, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total of the synthetic polyisoprene and the styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, and emulsifying in water to obtain an emulsion; a solvent removal step of removing the organic solvent in the emulsion; and a concentration step of concentrating the emulsion from which the organic solvent has been removed, and of adjusting the content ratio of the rosin ester salt in the emulsion after concentration to be in a range of 0.1 to 3 parts by weight, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total of the synthetic polyisoprene and the styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer in the emulsion.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un latex polymère comprenant : une étape d’émulsification de mélange d’une solution polymère résultant de la dissolution de polyisoprène synthétique et/ou d’un copolymère séquencé de styrène-isoprène-styrène dans un solvant organique avec une solution aqueuse contenant de 0,1 à 30 parties en poids d’un sel d’ester de colophane, par rapport à 100 parties en poids du total du polyisoprène synthétique et du copolymère séquencé de styrène-isoprène-styrène, et l’émulsification dans de l’eau pour obtenir une émulsion ; une étape d’élimination de solvant d’élimination du solvant organique dans l’émulsion ; et une étape de concentration de concentration de l’émulsion à partir de laquelle le solvant organique a été éliminé, et de réglage du rapport des teneurs du sel d’ester de colophane dans l’émulsion après que la concentration se situe dans une plage de 0,1 à 3 parties en poids, par rapport à 100 parties en poids du total du polyisoprène synthétique et du copolymère séquencé de styrène-isoprène-styrène dans l’émulsion.
(JA) 合成ポリイソプレンおよび/またはスチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体が、有機溶媒中に溶解してなる重合体溶液を、前記合成ポリイソプレンおよび前記スチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体の合計100重量部に対して0.1~30重量部のロジン酸エステル塩を含む水溶液と混合して、水中で乳化させることで、乳化液を得る乳化工程と、前記乳化液中の有機溶媒を除去する溶媒除去工程と、前記有機溶媒を除去した乳化液を濃縮するとともに、濃縮後の前記乳化液中の前記ロジン酸エステル塩の含有割合を、前記乳化液中の前記合成ポリイソプレンおよび前記スチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体の合計100重量部に対して、0.1~3重量部の範囲に調整する濃縮工程と、を備える重合体ラテックスの製造方法を提供する。
