Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a chemically strengthened glass the warpage of which is suppressed as much as possible. The chemically strengthened glass according to the present invention is characterized in that the thickness thereof is smaller than 1000 µm and that a compressive stress, the depth of a compressive stress layer, and the thickness of the chemically strengthened glass satisfy a specific relational expression.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un verre renforcé chimiquement dans lequel le gauchissement est supprimé autant que possible. Le verre renforcé chimiquement, conformément à la présente invention, est caractérisé en ce que son épaisseur est inférieure à 1 000 µm et qu'une contrainte de compression, la profondeur d'une couche de contrainte de compression, et l'épaisseur du verre renforcé chimiquement satisfont une expression relationnelle particulière.
