Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing mechanical components includes: a step of determining a track of a cutting blade; and a step of feeding the cutting blade along the track. The step of determining the track includes a step of calculating coordinates (X(t), Y(t), Z(t)) of a first end portion of the cutting blade using a variable t taking (N+1) values of 0-1 according to the equations of X(t)=(Rsh(t)cosφ(t)-Xchip(t)), Y(t)=(Rsh(t)sinφ(t)-Ychip(t)), and Z(t)=(Zsh(t)-Zchip(t)), where φ(t) is the angle between a straight line connecting a cutting point projected onto the XY-plane and the origin of the XY-plane and the X-axis, and φ(t) satisfies the condition of [mathematical equation 1].
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'éléments mécaniques, qui comprend : une étape de détermination d'une voie d'une lame de coupe; et une étape d'acheminement de la lame de coupe le long de la voie.
