Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a surface-treated galvanized steel sheet provided with a galvanized steel sheet, a first layer formed on at least one surface of the galvanized steel sheet, and a second layer formed on the first layer. The first layer includes zinc phosphate crystals, the deposited amount of zinc phosphate crystals is 0.04-0.4 g/m2, and the major axis of the zinc phosphate crystals is 2.5 µm or less. The second layer includes a resin, and the deposited amount of the second layer is 0.35-0.85 g/m2.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une tôle d'acier galvanisé traitée en surface comprenant une tôle d'acier galvanisé, une première couche formée sur au moins une surface de la tôle d'acier galvanisé et une seconde couche formée sur la première couche. La première couche comprend des cristaux de phosphate de zinc, la quantité déposée de cristaux de phosphate de zinc est de 0,04 à 0,4 g/m2 et l'axe principal des cristaux de phosphate de zinc est inférieur ou égal à 2,5 µm. La seconde couche comprend une résine et la quantité déposée de la seconde couche est de 0,35 à 0,85 g/m2.
(JA) 本発明は、亜鉛系めっき鋼板と、前記亜鉛系めっき鋼板の少なくとも片面に形成された第一層と、前記第一層の上に形成された第二層と、を備えている表面処理亜鉛系めっき鋼板に関する。前記第一層は、リン酸亜鉛結晶を含んでおり、前記リン酸亜鉛結晶の付着量は0.04~0.4g/mであり、前記リン酸亜鉛結晶の長径が2.5μm以下である。前記第二層は、樹脂を含んでおり、前記第二層の付着量は0.35~0.85g/mである。
