Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a lightweight foam molded body (1) which can be manufactured at low cost, and allows an effective long-term reduction in the noise generated between a vehicle structure and the foam molding body. Also provided is a molding die (10) whereby it is possible to mold a great-looking foam molded body having a beautiful appearance. The foam molding body (1) has contact surfaces (5) making contact with a vehicle structure (4) and non-contact surfaces (6) making no contact with the vehicle structure (4). The contact surfaces (5) are rough surfaces, and the non-contact surfaces (6) are smooth surfaces which are smoother than the contact surfaces (5). The molding die (10) is designed to manufacture the foam molded body (1) by foam molding a synthetic resin within a cavity (13). Recessed portions (15), which are part of the formation surface forming the cavity (13), are each formed to be a rough surface, and the rest of the formation surface is formed to be a smooth surface which is smoother than the rough surface.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps moulé en mousse léger (1) qui peut être fabriqué de manière économique et qui permet une réduction efficace à long terme du bruit généré entre une structure de véhicule et le corps de moulage de mousse. L'invention concerne également une matrice de moulage (10) permettant de mouler un corps moulé en mousse ayant un aspect très esthétique. Le corps de moulage en mousse (1) présente des surfaces de contact (5) en contact avec une structure de véhicule (4) et des surfaces de non-contact (6) n'étant pas en contact avec la structure du véhicule (4). Les surfaces de contact (5) sont des surfaces rugueuses et les surfaces de non-contact (6) sont des surfaces lisses qui sont plus lisses que les surfaces de contact (5). La matrice de moulage (10) est conçue pour fabriquer le corps moulé en mousse (1) par moulage de mousse d'une résine synthétique à l'intérieur d'une cavité (13). Des parties en retrait (15) qui font partie de la surface de formation formant la cavité (13) sont chacune formées sous forme de surface rugueuse et le reste de la surface de formation est formé de manière à être une surface lisse qui est plus lisse que la surface rugueuse.
(JA) 低コストで軽量に製造可能であり、車両構造体との間で生じる異音を効果的にかつ長期にわたって低減できる発泡成形体(1)と、外観が美しく、見栄えの良い発泡成形体を成形できる成形金型(10)を提供する。発泡成形体(1)は、車両構造体(4)に接触する接触面(5)と、車両構造体(4)に接触しない非接触面(6)とを有しており、接触面(5)は粗面であり、非接触面(6)は前記接触面(5)より平滑な平滑面である。成型金型(10)は、キャビティ(13)内で合成樹脂を発泡成形して発泡成形体(1)を製造するものであり、キャビティ(13)を形成する形成面の一部である凹部(15)が粗面に形成され、形成面の残部は粗面よりも平滑な平滑面に形成されている。
