Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a magnetic sensor having magnetic detection sensitivity that is enhanced by increased magnetic flux bending. [Solution] A magnetic sensor is provided with magnetic detection elements MR1, MR2 positioned on a plane P separating a first space S1 and second space S2, a first magnetic body 31 that is disposed in the first space S1 and is positioned between the magnetic detection elements MR1, MR2 when viewed from the z direction, and a second magnetic body 32 that is disposed in the second space S2. Magnetic detection element MR1 is disposed between the first magnetic body 31 and a first part 32a of the second magnetic body 32 when viewed from the z direction. Magnetic detection element MR2 is disposed between the first magnetic body 31 and a second part 32b of the second magnetic body 32 when viewed from the z direction. In the present invention, because the magnetic flux collected by the first magnetic body is attracted to the first part and second part of the second magnetic body, it is possible to bend the magnetic flux more. As a result, it is possible to enhance the magnetic detection sensitivity of a magnetic sensor.
