Abstract:
(EN) A plasma generation device (101) is provided with: a housing (1) having an inlet (3) and an outlet (4); and a planar discharge electrode (2) that is disposed inside the housing (1) and generates plasma by discharge. The housing (1) has a nonlinear flow path leading from the inlet (3) to the outlet (4) therein. This flow path is disposed such that, while air that has entered from the inlet (3) travels through the flow path to the outlet (4), the air passes through the discharge electrode (2) multiple times.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de génération de plasma (101) qui est pourvu de : un boîtier (1) comportant une entrée (3) et une sortie (4) ; et une électrode de décharge plane (2) qui est disposée à l’intérieur du boîtier (1) et génère un plasma par décharge. Le boîtier (1) comporte un trajet d’écoulement non linéaire conduisant de l’entrée (3) à la sortie (4) dans celui-ci. Ce trajet d’écoulement est disposé de sorte que, lorsque de l’air qui a été introduit depuis l’entrée (3) se déplace à travers le trajet d’écoulement vers la sortie (4), l’air traverse l’électrode de décharge (2) plusieurs fois.
(JA) プラズマ生成装置(101)は、入口(3)および出口(4)を有する筐体(1)と、筐体(1)の内部に配置され、放電が生じることでプラズマを生成する面状の放電電極(2)とを備える。筐体(1)は、入口(3)から出口(4)に至る非直線状の流路を内部に有している。この流路は、入口(3)から入った空気が出口(4)に向かって前記流路を進行する途中で前記空気が放電電極(2)を複数回通過するように配置されている。
