Title: VOLTAGE REACTIVE POWER CONTROL DEVICE AND VOLTAGE REACTIVE POWER CONTROL PROGRAM
Abstract:
Provided are a voltage reactive power control device and a voltage reactive power control program with which, by a simple control utilizing a storage battery, bus-line voltage variations of a power distribution substation due to output variations of renewable energy power generation can be suppressed, and which can be coordinated with existing equipment. The voltage reactive power control device is provided with: a bus-line voltage variation extraction unit which extracts bus-line voltage variations from the voltage of a secondary side bus line; an RE component extraction unit which extracts a variation component due to the renewable energy power generation from the bus-line voltage variations; a generation unit which, on the basis of the bus-line voltage variations due to the renewable energy power generation and extracted by the RE component extraction unit, generates a reactive power command value for suppressing said variations; and a control unit which, on the basis of the reactive power command value, performs reactive power control on a storage battery system. The RE component extraction unit extracts the variation component due to the renewable energy power generation by removing variation components other than the variation component due to the renewable energy power generation from the bus-line voltage variations.
