Abstract:
(EN) A negative-electrode material 100 for one lithium-ion battery according to the present invention is silicon fine particles 201 having a volume distribution in which the modal diameter and the median diameter are not more than 50 nm, or alternatively, an aggregate or collection of the silicon fine particles 201. Some of the silicon fine particles 201 that are folded in the shape of multilayered petals or ramenta or a part of the aggregate or collection of the silicon fine particles 201 are in contact with, or are embedded in, a carbon base material 101. A lithium-ion battery having superior charge/discharge cycle characteristics can be achieved by employing this negative-electrode material 100.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau d'électrode négative 100 pour accumulateur lithium-ion, qui est composé de fines particules de silicium 201 ayant une distribution de volume dont le diamètre modal et le diamètre médian sont inférieurs ou égaux à 50 nm, ou en variante, d'un agrégat ou d'une collection des fines particules de silicium 201. Certaines des fines particules de silicium 201 sont repliées en forme de pétales ou de ramenta multicouches, ou une partie de l'agrégat ou de la collection des fines particules de silicium 201 sont en contact avec un matériau de base de carbone 101 ou sont incorporées dedans. Un accumulateur lithium-ion présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de cycle de charge/décharge peut être obtenu en utilisant ce matériau d'électrode négative 100.
(JA)  本発明の1つのリチウムイオン電池の負極材料100は、モード径及びメジアン径が50nm未満の体積分布を有するシリコン微細粒子201あるいはその凝集物又は集合物であって、複層花弁状又は鱗片状に折重なった状態のシリコン微細粒子201の一部あるいはシリコン微細粒子201の該凝集物又は該集合物の一部が、炭素基材101に接し、又は炭素基材101の中に埋まっている。この負極材料100を採用することによって、充放電サイクル特性に優れたリチウムイオン電池を実現することができる。
