Provided is a fastener which can maintain a fastened state with certainty when fastening is required and which can be easily loosened when loosening is required. A second nut (11) having a hexagonal outer periphery is disposed so as to cover a first nut (9). A semi-arc inclined surface (11c) is formed around a shaft (7A) and extends from a bottom surface (11b) of a hollow (13) to a left end (11d) of the second nut (11) at an angle α (> 0 degrees) with respect to the horizon. This inclined surface (11c) is formed in a range covering corner sections (A, B, C, and D) of the first nut (9). No inclined surface is formed on the lower half of the second nut (11) covering corner sections (E and F), and in this range, a semi-cylindrical part (11B) having a semi-arc cylindrical inner peripheral surface (11e) which forms an angle of α=0 degrees with respect to the horizon is formed from the bottom surface (11b) to the left end (11d) of the second nut (11). The corner sections (E and F) and the semi-arc cylindrical inner peripheral surface (11e) are not in contact with each other.
