Abstract:
(EN) A material that can be used in a wide temperature range is provided. A graphene compound includes graphene or graphene oxide and a substituted or unsubstituted chain group, the chain group includes two or more ether bonds, and the chain group is bonded to the above graphene or graphene oxide through a Si atom. Alternatively, a method for forming a graphene compound includes a first step and a second step after the first step. In the first step, graphene oxide and a base are stirred under a nitrogen stream. In the second step, the mixture is cooled to room temperature, a silylating agent that has a group having two or more ether bonds is introduced into the mixture, and the obtained mixture is stirred. The base is butylamine, pentylamine, hexylamine, diethylamine, dipropylamine, dibutylamine, triethylamine, tripropylamine, or pyridine.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau qui peut être utilisé dans une large plage de températures. Un composé de graphène comprend du graphène ou de l'oxyde de graphène et un groupe à chaîne substituée ou non substituée, ledit groupe à chaîne comprenant au moins deux liaisons éther et ledit groupe à chaîne étant lié au graphène ou à l'oxyde de graphène ci-dessus par l'intermédiaire d'un atome de Si. En variante, un procédé de formation d'un composé de graphène comprend une première étape et une seconde étape succédant à la première étape. Dans la première étape, l'oxyde de graphène et une base sont mis sous agitation sous un flux d'azote. Dans la seconde étape, le mélange est refroidi jusqu'à la température ambiante, un agent de silylation qui comprend un groupe ayant au moins deux liaisons éther est introduit dans le mélange et le mélange obtenu est mis sous agitation.
