Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a clasp which makes it possible to assemble or bring together two objects or two portions of a single object. The clasp according to the invention is intended in particular for jewellery or watchmaking. The clasp according to the invention is intended in particular for being fitted on a bracelet or a necklace. In particular, the clasp according to the invention is a magnetic clasp in which the two portions of the clasp are drawn into a closed position by magnetic means generating an attractive force. The clasp according to the invention has the special feature of further including locking means arranged so that, in the closed position of the clasp, a force exerted on either of the portions of the clasp, tending to separate same, does not allow the clasp to be opened.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet un fermoir permettant d'assembler ou de rassembler deux objets ou deux portions d'un même objet. Le fermoir selon l'invention est destiné en particulier à la joaillerie ou à l'horlogerie. Le fermoir selon l'invention est notamment destiné à équiper un bracelet ou un collier. En particulier, le fermoir selon l'invention est un fermoir du type magnétique dans lequel les deux parties du fermoir sont attirées dans une position fermée par des moyens magnétiques générant une force d'attraction. Le fermoir selon l'invention a la particularité de comprendre encore des moyens de verrouillage agencés pour qu'en position fermée du fermoir, une force exercée sur l'une ou l'autre des parties du fermoir et tendant à les séparer ne permet pas d'ouvrir le fermoir.
