Abstract:
The subject of the invention is an NMR spectroscopy system (100) for studying at least one region (202) of a sample (102) to be analysed, comprising: a magnetoresistive transducer (101) made up of superposed planar layers, which receives a response signal of the said sample; means suitable for making an AC current flow, at a supply frequency fc, through said transducer (101); means for generating a magnetic field H0 that is constant and uniform throughout a zone of interest in which the sample (102) and the transducer (101) are placed; and an exciting coil (103) that is configured to generate a magnetic field H1 that is uniform throughout the zone of interest and that varies at a resonant frequency f1; the field H0 is substantially perpendicular to the layers of the transducer (101). The system furthermore includes regulating means in order to ensure the field H0 and the planar layers remain orthogonal, and means for detecting a signal of frequency fc - f1, f1 - fc or fc + f1.
