Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a machine for automatically inspecting a flow (F) of individual objects (2) on a conveying plane (3), comprising at least one illumination station (4) and at least one detection station (4') below which the flow (F) of objects to be inspected passes; the at least one illumination station (4) comprises means (6) for applying and focusing inspecting beams (R) defining a transverse focused illuminated region (ZEF), and the at least one detection station (4') comprises a means (9) defining a detection region (ZD) in the form of a transverse strip of size (L) as well as means (9,1) for capturing and transmitting the signal contained in a pixel (10) scanning the detection region (ZD). Said machine is characterized in that the focused illuminated region (ZEF) fits within the entire width (L) of the detection region (ZD).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une machine d'inspection automatique d'objets individuels (2) défilant en flux (F) sur un plan de convoyage (3) comportant au moins un poste d'éclairage (4) et au moins un poste de détection (4') sous lesquels passe le flux (F) à inspecter, le ou chaque poste d'éclairage (4) comprenant des moyens (6) d'application et de focalisation de rayonnements (R) d'inspection définissant une zone d'éclairage focalisé (ZEF) transversale, et le ou chaque poste de détection (4') comprenant, d'une part, un moyen (9) définissant une zone de détection (ZD) en forme de bande transversale, présentant une dimension (L) et, d'autre part, des moyens (9,1) de collecte et de transmission du signal contenu dans un pixel (10) balayant la zone (ZD). Machine (1) caractérisée en ce que la zone d'éclairage focalisée (ZEF) est contenue dans la zone de détection (ZD) sur toute la largeur (L).
