Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to sheet moulding compounds (SMC) and to a method for producing composite fiber components from said sheet moulding compounds (SMC), based on a polyurethane reaction mixture consisting of (A) at least one aromatic isocyanate component, (B) 70 to 100 wt% of at least one polyol component having at least 70% secondary OH groups, a number average OH count of 15-500 mg KOH/g and functionality of 1.9-2.5, (C) 0-30 wt% of at least one polyol having a number average OH count of 15-500 mg KOH/g and a functionality of 1.9-2.5, (D) as applicable, short-chain polyol, (E) internal separating agent, (F) a thermolatent catalyst, and (G) as applicable, auxiliary and/or additional substances, wherein the PUR reaction mixture has an initial viscosity of 2,500-14,000 mPas at 23°C and the ratio of NCO groups/OH groups is 1.35:1-10:1.
(FR) L'invention concerne des composés de moulage en feuille (SMC) et un procédé de fabrication de composants composites fibreux à partir de ces composés de moulage en feuille (SMC) à base d'un mélange réactionnel de polyuréthane constitué de (A) au moins un composant isocyanate aromatique, (B) 70 à 100 % en poids d'au moins un composant polyol avec au moins 70 % de groupes OH secondaires, un indice OH moyen en nombre de 15 à 500 mg de KOH/g et une fonctionnalité de 1,9 à 2,5, (C) 0 à 30 % en poids d'au moins un polyol ayant un indice OH moyen en nombre de 15 à 500 mg de KOH/g et une fonctionnalité de 1,9 à 2,5, (D) éventuellement un polyol à chaîne courte, (E) un agent de séparation interne, (F) un catalyseur thermolatent et (G) éventuellement des additifs et/ou auxiliaires, le mélange réactionnel de PUR présentant une viscosité de départ de 2500-14000 mPas à 23°C et le rapport groupes NCO/groupes OH étant de 1,35:1-10:1.
