Abstract:
The invention relates to a measurement method for capturing the surface topology (2) of a workpiece (3) by means of a coherence tomography scanner (28), in which a measurement region (14) of a reference arm (12) of the coherence tomography scanner (28) is guided by means of a manipulator (4) and/or a deflection unit (7; 11) along an actual track (19) which, on account of disturbing influences, in particular a position lag of the manipulator (4), at least partly deviates from an intended track (18), and an actual distance (dm) is measured at at least one measurement point (17) of the actual track (19) between a zero point (15) of the measurement region (14) and a workpiece surface (10). According to the invention, it is proposed that, for the purposes of compensating the disturbing influences for the at least one measurement point (17), a planning path (lp) of the reference arm (12) is set in advance and that the measured actual distance (dm) is normalized to a normalized distance (dn) by means of the planning path (lp). Further, the invention relates to a measurement apparatus (1) for capturing the surface topology (2) of a workpiece (3).
