Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a silicon-carbon composite powder, in which: a) a gas flow A containing at least one starting compound of the silicon selected from the group consisting of SiH4, Si2H6 and Si3H8 and b) a gas flow B containing at least one starting compound of the carbon selected from the group consisting of methane, ethane, propane, ethylene and acetylene are reacted in a hot-wall reactor at a temperature of less than 900°C; the reaction mixture is cooled or left to cool; and the powder-type reaction product is separated from gaseous materials.
(FR) Procédé de préparation d'une poudre composite silicium-carbone, selon lequel a) un flux gazeux A contenant au moins un composé de départ du silicium choisi dans le groupe comprenant SiH4, Si2H6 et Si3H8, est mis en réaction avec b) un flux gazeux B contenant au moins un composé de départ du carbone choisi dans le groupe comprenant le méthane, l’éthane, le propane, l’éthylène et l’acétylène, dans un réacteur à paroi chaude à une température inférieure à 900 °C, le mélange réactionnel refroidit ou est refroidi, et le produit de réaction pulvérulent est séparé des substances gazeuses.
