Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a gear pump, having at least a first and a second rotatable element (12, 13), wherein the first rotatable element (12) has a toothing system (121) which interacts with a toothing system (131) of the second rotatable element (13); and a housing (2), in which the first and/or the second rotatable element (12, 13) are/is arranged at least partially. According to the invention, at least one transmitter (31) which is arranged on the housing (2) is provided for exciting acoustic waves in the housing (2), and at least one receiver (32) which is arranged on the housing (2) is provided for receiving the acoustic waves which are excited in the housing (3), wherein information about properties of the gear pump and/or a pumping medium can be determined by way of evaluation of a signal which is generated upon receiving of the acoustic waves by the receiver (32). The invention also relates to a method for monitoring a gear pump.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pompe à engrenages, comprenant au moins un premier et un deuxième élément rotatif (12, 13), le premier élément rotatif (12) comportant une denture (121) qui coopère avec une denture (131) du deuxième élément rotatif (13), et un carter (2) dans lequel le premier et/ou le deuxième élément rotatif (12, 13) sont agencés au moins en partie. Selon l'invention, au moins un émetteur (31) agencé sur le carter (2) est destiné à exciter des ondes acoustiques dans le carter (2) et au moins un récepteur (32) agencé sur le carter (2) est destiné à recevoir les ondes acoustiques excitées dans le carter (3). L'analyse d'un signal généré par le récepteur (32) lors de la réception des ondes acoustiques permet de déterminer des informations concernant les propriétés de la pompe à engrenages et/ou d'un fluide de pompage. L'invention concerne également un procédé de surveillance d'une pompe à engrenages.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zahnradpumpe, mit mindestens einem ersten und einem zweiten rotierbaren Element (12, 13), wobei das erste rotierbare Element (12) eine Verzahnung (121) aufweist, die mit einer Verzahnung (131) des zweiten rotierbaren Elementes (13) zusammenwirkt; und einem Gehäuse (2) in dem das erste und/oder das zweite rotierbare Element (12, 13) zumindest teilweise angeordnet sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist mindestens ein an dem Gehäuse (2) angeordneter Sender (31 ) zum Anregen von akustischen Wellen in dem Gehäuse (2) sowie mindestens ein an dem Gehäuse (2) angeordneter Empfänger (32) zum Empfang der in dem Gehäuse (3) angeregten akustischen Wellen vorgesehen, wobei durch Auswerten eines bei Empfang der akustischen Wellen von dem Empfänger (32) erzeugten Signals Informationen über Eigenschaften der Zahnradpumpe und/oder eines Pumpmediums bestimmbar sind. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Überwachen einer Zahnradpumpe.
