Abstract:
The invention relates to a lighting device for the emission of light into the surroundings of the lighting device pixel by pixel such that individual pixels are controllable in order to generate an output light image (3) which is made of light pixels (31) in the surroundings of the lighting device. The lighting device has the following: a) at least one light-emitting device (1) which has a matrix of individually controllable light-emitting pixel elements (11) for generating an original light image (12) made of light pixels (13), and b) at least one optical system (2) with multiple optical elements (21, 22, 23) in the light beam path from the light-emitting device (1) to the light (20) emitted into the surroundings, wherein the original light image (12) generated by the light-emitting device (1) is converted into the output light image (3) by the optical elements (21, 22, 23). The invention is characterized in that c) the optical system (2) is designed as an optical system which distorts the original light image (12), said optical system distorting equally large light pixels (13) of the original light image (12) into light pixels (31) of different sizes in the output light image (3). The imaging scale between the output light image (3) and the original light image (12) is not uniform and varies at least by the factor (I) over the quantity of light pixels (13) of the original light image (12) influenced by the optical system (2).
