Abstract:
(EN) A tool body and a tool for cutting machining, wherein the tool body (100) extends in an axial direction and at least a portion of the tool body is formed with a solid outer jacket (105) encasing a core structure (106), said core structure comprising a three- dimensional open lattice structure (107) attached to the outer jacket and consisting of a lattice structure material. The core structure further comprises a filling structure (108) consisting of a solid phase filling material different from the lattice structure 10 material, wherein said filling structure is surrounding the lattice structure. The lattice structure and the outer jacket are manufactured using additive manufacturing and the filling material is added to the lattice structure in the form of a liquid or a powder which is thereafter solidified.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps d'outil pour usinage par coupe, le corps (100) d'outil s'étendant dans une direction axiale et au moins une partie du corps d'outil étant formée avec une gaine extérieure (105) pleine enveloppant une structure (106) de cœur, ladite structure de cœur comportant une structure réticulaire tridimensionnelle ouverte (107) fixée à la gaine extérieure et constituée d'un matériau de structure réticulaire. La structure de cœur comporte en outre une structure (108) de remplissage constituée d'un matériau de remplissage en phase solide différent du matériau de structure réticulaire, ladite structure de remplissage entourant la structure réticulaire. La structure réticulaire et la gaine extérieure sont fabriquées par impression 3D et le matériau de remplissage est ajouté à la structure réticulaire sous la forme d'un liquide ou d'une poudre qui est ensuite solidifié(e).
