Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an electric power steering apparatus (1) for assisting steering of a motor vehicle by conferring a support torque generated by an electric motor (100) to a steering mechanism, the electric power steering apparatus (1) comprising : a steering column with an upper steering shaft (2') and a lower steering shaft (2") linked by a torsion bar (202) and an angle sensor (AS) (4), which comprises at least one gear (9, 10) with a magnet (11) to measure the steering shaft angle (□), and a torque sensor (TS) (3), which can measure the relative shift angle between the upper steering shaft (2') and the lower steering shaft (2") and wherein the TS (3) comprises a multi-pole ring magnet (5) and a magnetic flux conductor (6), and wherein the TS (3) and AS (4) are arranged in such a way, that the at least one AS magnet (11) influences the TS measurement creating a steering shaft angle (□) depending error signal of the TS, wherein the steering mechanism is arranged in the apparatus in such a way, that a zero crossing of an envelope curve of the steering shaft angle depending error signal is given for the neutral position of the steering apparatus or a range of the steering position in which the steering angle is less than a threshold angle limit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de direction assistée électrique (1) à des fins de direction assistée d'un véhicule automobile en conférant un couple de support généré par un moteur électrique (100) à un mécanisme de direction, l'appareil de direction assistée électrique (1) comportant : une colonne de direction avec un arbre de direction supérieur (2') et un arbre de direction inférieur (2") reliés par une barre de torsion (202) et un capteur d'angle (AS) (4) qui comporte au moins un engrenage (9, 10) avec un aimant (11) pour mesurer l'angle (□) de l'arbre de direction, et un capteur de couple (TS) (3), qui peut mesurer l'angle de déplacement relatif entre l'arbre de direction supérieur (2’) et l'arbre de direction inférieur (2") et dans lequel le TS (3) comprend un aimant annulaire multipolaire (5) et un conducteur de flux magnétique (6), et dans lequel le TS (3) et le AS (4) sont agencés de telle sorte que ledit au moins un aimant AS (11) influence la mesure TS pour créer un signal d’erreur en fonction de l’angle de l'arbre de direction (□) du TS, dans lequel le mécanisme de direction est agencé dans l'appareil de telle manière qu'un passage par zéro d'une courbe d'enveloppe du signal d'erreur en fonction de l’angle de l'arbre de direction est donné pour la position neutre de l'appareil de direction ou une plage de la position de direction dans laquelle l'angle de braquage est inférieur à un angle seuil limite.
