Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method of molding a shell part of a wind turbine blade comprising the steps of providing a mold (64) comprising a mold cavity (66) with a root end (68) and an opposing tip end (70), arranging one or more preformed sheets (72a, 72b, 72c) in the mold cavity (66), wherein each preformed sheet comprises a mixture of fibre rovings (82) and a binding agent, wherein the fibre rovings are at least partially joined together by means of the binding agent, and injecting the one or more preformed sheets (72a, 72b, 72c) with a resin to mold the shell part. The present invention also relates to a shell part of a wind turbine blade obtainable by said method, to a preformed sheet for use in said method and to a method of manufacturing said preformed sheet.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de moulage d'une pièce d'enveloppe d'une pale d'éolienne, comprenant les étapes consistant à prendre un moule (64) comprenant une cavité (66) de moule pourvue d'une extrémité de base (68) et d'une extrémité de pointe (70) opposée, à disposer une ou plusieurs feuilles préformées (72a, 72b, 72c) dans la cavité (66) de moule, chaque feuille préformée comprenant un mélange de stratifils (82) et d'un liant, les stratifils étant au moins partiellement assemblés ensemble au moyen de l'agent liant, et à injecter ladite une ou lesdites plusieurs feuilles préformées (72a, 72b, 72c) avec une résine pour mouler la pièce d'enveloppe. La présente invention concerne également une pièce d'enveloppe d'une pale d'éolienne pouvant être obtenue par ledit procédé, une feuille préformée destinée à être utilisée dans ledit procédé et un procédé de fabrication de ladite feuille préformée.
